As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework. RESPONSIBILITIES :
● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter
framework.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and performance standards are met.
● Identify and rectify bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to maintain the application’s optimal performance.
● Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
● Communicate effectively within the team to share insights, updates, and feedback.
● Stay updated on the latest industry trends, Flutter updates, and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
● Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the code.
● Debug and resolve application issues reported by users or identified through testing processes.
● Document code, architecture, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain a comprehensive development knowledge base.
REQUIREMENTS :
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, focusing on Flutter.
● Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
● Proficiency in Dart programming language.
● Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and its architecture.
● Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and web services integration.
● Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
● Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Fetch new project from Job portal like Freelancer.com, Upwork, guru, PPH etc,
4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
5. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
6. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
7. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
10. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople handle the BDE team too.
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a
relevant role
2. Proven sales track record
3. Experience in customer support is a plus
4. Proficiency in English
5. Communication and negotiation skills
